SUBJECT	: ISSUANCE AND RELEASE OF 2024 BAR DOCUMENTS

I. For graduates and candidates who are applying to take the 2024 Bar Exams, the last day to apply with the Supreme Court is on April 5, 2024.

In view of this deadline, all requests for an updated Transcript of Records for the Bar Exams shall not be later than March 15, 2024, and all applications filed thereafter shall not be entertained.

Furthermore, starting March 16, 2024, you may claim your set of Bar Exams documentary requirements itemized below:

1) Birth Certificate (PSA and LCR [if applicable]);

2) Marriage Certificate (PSA-for married female applicant only);

3) Updated Transcript of Records (TOR) to comply with current requirements;

4) Certified True Copy of Prelaw Transcript of Records (TOR);

5) Certificate of Enrollment (COE) issued by the Registrar and duly signed by the Dean;

6) CLEP certificates:

a. Unclaimed-Batch 2023 graduates;

b. Deferred-Batch 2024 graduates

7) Copy of Grades for Refreshers Course Program;

8) Certificate of No Derogatory Record signed by the Dean.

a. To be requested with, and released by, RECORDS OFFICE

b. Every Bar Candidate should coordinate with the Records Office for request and payment to be made not later than release date set forth below; and submit to the Records / Accounting Office proof of payment for validation.

II. Set of documents to be claimed from REGISTRARS OFFICE

a) First time takers who are 2023 and prior graduates -
You may claim Items 1, 2, 3, 4, & 6 that you have not yet claimed.

b) Previous Takers / Refreshers (AU Alumni)-
Claim Items 3, 4 & 6

c) Refreshers (Non AU Alumni)-
Claim items 5 and 7 from the RECORDS OFFICE

d) Candidates for Graduation as of First Semester AY 2023-2024-
Claim Items 1, 2, 4, 5 & 6

e) Candidates for Graduation as of Second Semester AY 2023-2024 -
Claim Items 1, 2, 4, 5 & 6

Please Note:

The releasing of documents starts from March 16, 2024 (Saturday) up to April 5, 2024 (Friday).

For the deferred TOR and other deferred documents (Batch 2024 only) releasing shall start on October 1, 2024 (Tuesday) until October 14, 2024 (Monday).

III. To better serve our Bar Takers, we highly encourage all to follow the scheduled dates and time when to claim:
