ANNOUNCEMENT FOR THE RELEASE OF BAR EXAMS DOCUMENTS
For Juris Doctor/Bachelor of Laws graduates from Batch 2020 and prior years, you may claim the following Bar Exams documentary requirements from the Registrar's Office:
1) Birth Certificate (PSA);
2) Marriage Certificate (PSA-for married female applicant only);
3) Transcript of Records;
4) Notarized Certification (C1-C2) issued by the Registrar and Dean;
5) Certificate of No Derogatory Record signed by the Dean (which every Bar Candidate should request & pay not later than his/her releasing date set forth below).

Releasing Dates:
To comply with IATF requirements, all concerned must adhere to the following scheduled dates and time when to claim the documentary requirements:

All candidates for graduation Summer Academic Year 2020-2021 (August 2021) are required to submit their application for graduation and comply with their non-academic/academic deficiency/ies.
Failure to comply on the deadline will mean exclusion from the official list of candidates.
Deadline for submission is July 10, 2021.

Students, who paid their tuition fees thru bank deposits and/or bank transfers but whose AIMS accounts are not updated, are hereby requested to send a copy of their proof of payment/s to jphorlina@arellanolaw.edu and/or accounting@arellanolaw.edu for proper posting. ALL CANDIDATES FOR GRADUATION
All candidates as of the end of the second semester-school year 2020-2021, who had already duly applied for graduation, shall be informed of their deficiencies or compliance through your respective personal emails, specifically indicated in your application.
Emails shall be sent by the Registrar's Office to each applicant not later than May 15, 2021.
If you have not received our email but you are part of the batch, please contact us by email concerning your graduation not later than May 31, 2021.
All applicants must reply to the Registrar's Office (auslregistrar.batch2021@gmail.com) acknowledging receipt of the email.
For those with deficiencies, compliance with requirements shall not be later than June 15, 2021.
